Hotel Safety and Security Awareness

This course comprises of security, medical and fire safety modules. The security sections cover practical and effective security measures required to maintain a secure environment without necessarily being reliant on local law enforcement or expensive technology. The lessons incorporate procedures that are effective when adopted and practical to manage. The medical and fire safety modules cover the latest protocols and promote an awareness of safety in order for a hotel to be proactive in the case of a medical incident or fire. Annual audits and re-training will assist in relevant materials and personnel maintaining effectiveness, especially in remote locations or countries where emergency services may not be immediately available.
