Crisis Management Training

This course includes lessons focusing on the critical elements of crisis management, response, integration and teamwork, and associated planning and mitigation measures.

The management team can be trained and tested as regularly as required. At ROCAM, we place a strong emphasis on the ‘train-the-trainer’ approach – thereby allowing our clients to conduct their own internal training on a more regular basis.
