ROCAM International offers courses at three locations in South East Asia, Thailand and on the islands of Bali and Batam in Indonesia. All three venues are located within an hour of international airports and offer a range of interesting and challenging environments for realistic training.

ROCAM also provides training support facilitation including, venue event management and coordination, production of training scenarios and scene enactments with special effects. 

Upon request, and in partnership with you, we can also design and deliver a course specific to your organisation’s needs. Our training course modules are extensive and can be tailored to meet exact requirements.

When designing our courses we encompass a wide range of the NGO sector’s guidelines, best practice standards and advisory documents. Our approach makes best use of, but is not limited to:  ECHO Security Training Manual: Trainers' Guide; HPN/ODI Operational Security Management in Violent Environments - Good Practice Review 8, and are underpinned by Do No Harm and SPHERE standards.

Additional training modules include:

• Trauma first aid Health and Safety for Disaster zones
• Response training for vehicle users (Drivers and Passengers)
• Immediate actions on threats and incidents (Personal, Team and Management responses in the field)
• Arrest, detention and kidnap - Avoidance, Conduct and Management
• Crisis management training and exercises
• Avoidance and Response to Sexual Assault Serious Incident Management Response, Field Investigation and Post incident Crisis management
