Some of the courses on offer are modular and can be completed in progressive stages. We can conduct a needs analysis to determine the kinds of training required, responding with bespoke courses to suit each client’s differing needs.
ROCAM favours a practical, hands-on approach to training. With realistic scenarios, courses are designed to empower individuals to make their own decisions. Our trainers bring their extensive field experience to the classroom to ensure all courses are grounded in practice. Topics covered include security awareness and medical skills.
We also offer a Portal System to ensure training standards are maintained in a client’s ongoing relationship with ROCAM. Accessible from anywhere with an internet connection, this is a powerful tool for tracking your training commitments. It allows you to determine who was trained and when, what competencies were obtained, missed, and when staff, departments and properties need to be retrained in a client’s constant commitment to better security.
Our training facilities are located in South East Asia, Australia and in the UK, although we can also deliver our courses at our clients’ chosen locations worldwide. We currently deliver training courses in Indonesia, Maldives, Thailand, Bhutan, and the Caribbean.
